The Definition Of A Great Athlete
F-MAX  is the maximum amount of force output produced during any given movement.

T-MAX  is the length of time it takes from the beginning of a concentric movement to exert maximum force.

Strength  is the ability to contract a muscle with maximum force.

Power  is defined by the amount of force times the distance traveled divided by the time it took from start to finish. (P=fd/t)
A great athlete is  one whose F-MAX comes close to their limit strength without an increase in T-MAX.
